1. Who gives consent and how
This consent is given by a visitor of the website techteastudio.cc who sends a request through the form on the site (you). It covers the personal data you give in the request.
You give consent by ticking the consent box in the request form. Ticking the box counts as consent in electronic form, given freely, of your own will and in your own interest (Article 9(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", the Law).
The box starts unticked. A request cannot be sent without consent: the form does not send until the box is ticked, and the site's server does not accept a request without it.
The email with your request records that consent was given, the time of sending and the date of this version of the text. This lets the operator prove that you gave consent (Article 9(3) of the Law).
This consent is a separate document. It is not part of the privacy policy or any other document of the site. The policy explains in detail how the operator processes and protects data and what your rights are.
This English text is a translation. The Russian version at /ru/consent is the legally binding one; if the two differ, the Russian text applies.
2. Operator
You give consent to the personal data operator: the studio Tech Tea Studio.
You can write to the operator through the request form on the home page.
3. Purpose of processing
To answer your request, discuss the task with you and, if you wish, conclude a contract with you. The data is not used for any other purpose.
4. What data
- your name;
- your email address;
- the message text;
- the files you attach to the request and the information in them;
- the date and time the request was sent;
- the mark that consent was given and the language of the page the request was sent from.
The consent does not cover information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life or criminal records, biometric data, or other people's personal data. Please do not send it in the message or in files.
5. Actions and methods of processing
You allow the operator to perform these actions with the data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer (provision and access) to the processors named in section 6, blocking, deletion and destruction.
Processing is automated: it uses the site's server, the Cloudflare network, the Resend email sending service and the operator's mailbox.
The operator does not disseminate your data, that is, does not disclose it to an unlimited number of people.
6. Who receives the data
The site works through the Cloudflare network, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A request with all the data listed in section 4 first passes through Cloudflare's servers and only then reaches the site's server.
The operator entrusts sending requests to the Resend service, provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The site's server passes all the data of a request listed in section 4 to Resend, which delivers it as an email to the operator's mailbox.
Cloudflare and Resend process the data on the operator's behalf (Article 6(3) of the Law) under their Data Processing Addendums.
The email with the request is stored in the operator's mailbox by the operator's mail provider.
Cross-border transfer
Passing data to Cloudflare and Resend is a cross-border transfer to the USA. Cloudflare also processes requests in the data centres of its network in many countries, usually in the one nearest to you. The USA is not on the list of foreign countries that adequately protect the rights of data subjects; Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority, approves that list. The laws of the USA may protect your data less than the Law does. By ticking the box you also agree to this transfer.
The operator gives your data to no one else. It is given to state authorities only in cases the law expressly provides for.
7. Period of validity
The consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last message to the operator, or until you withdraw it.
When the purpose is achieved or the period ends, the operator destroys the data within 30 days. If a contract has been concluded after the request, the data needed to perform it is kept under that contract for as long as it requires.
8. How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time (Article 9(2) of the Law). To do so, write to the operator through the request form on the home page. Please write from the email address you gave in your request: this lets the operator check that the data is yours.
Once the operator receives the withdrawal, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless the operator has another ground for processing that the Law allows, such as a contract with you (Articles 9(2) and 21(5) of the Law). Withdrawal does not make the processing before it unlawful.
9. Versions of the consent
When the text of the consent changes, the new version is published on this page. A consent you have already given stays valid in the version that was published when you sent the request. The operator keeps earlier versions and will send them on request.
